1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Brandat Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) e-commerce platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. General Conditions of Sale
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours to be eligible for a return or refund. Please notify us at support@brandatshop.com. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment cancellations after receipt of goods may result in legal action.

3. Product Information and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added during the checkout process if applicable. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Bank Transfers, and Buy Now, Pay Later services (e.g., Tabby, Tamara). If you use such third-party services, you must adhere to their terms and conditions in addition to ours.

5. Delivery and Acknowledgment of Goods
By signing the Purchase Agreement, you confirm that you have received the items in good condition. Delivery confirmation provided by our shipping partners serves as proof of delivery. If an item is not delivered, defective, or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours for assistance. Please contact us at delivery@brandatshop.com for delivery-related assistance.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or not received as promised. All returns must meet the following conditions:
    • Products must be unopened and sealed unless they are being returned due to a defect or damage.
    • Certain items, including fragrances, perfumes, cosmetics, apparel, stationery, personal care, hygiene products, and online activation cards, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
    • For any return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@brandatshop.com.
    • Brandat Shop reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds for purchases made with credit or debit cards will be issued to the original card used in the transaction.
    • Purchases made using gift cards or coupons are not eligible for cash refunds but may qualify for store credit.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the return process is complete.
  • Open Box and Display Items:
    • Open Box and Display items are not eligible for returns but may be covered under a limited warranty.
  •  Defective Products:

    • For defective products, please notify us at support@brandatshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.

7. Warranty

  • Most new items include a 1-year international warranty provided by the manufacturer. Some items may have a longer or shorter warranty or none at all.
  • Open Box and Display items purchased from Brandat Shop come with a limited 1-month warranty.
  • The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, opened, or shows signs of physical or liquid damage.

8. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only and not engage in any conduct that may harm us, our services, or other users. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we find any violations.

9. Tax Collection and Compliance
You acknowledge that applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price as required by law. You agree to provide any additional information necessary for tax purposes if requested.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Brandat Shop to seek a resolution before initiating any chargebacks, cancellations, or involving third parties. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates under the jurisdiction regimes.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our content suppliers. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Consent to Electronic Communication
By using our platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including receipts, agreements, and notifications.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
